I do not build buses for anyone and I am not trying to sell any labor
If you read my own bio BUILT NOT BOUGHT

A bus like this with it's patina can be finished with glass on the chassis I mentioned for under $4500 labor and Freightliner FL70 donor chassis for $2000.

Add that to the $6900 paid for this and you have a$13,400.safe highway speed ride

I am looking for some 30's buses for a build company, not for me

Just could not crush Woodstock,I paid less than scrap metal price for it

Next I try to get rid of some totally different vehicles instead of crushing them/WAR not Peace

other side of the War machine junk

With cows grazing in the junk these vehicles are also just to good to crush

Oh yea the color of the bus was [RED WHITE AND BLUE AND IT WAS VETERANS WHO DROVE IT CROSS COUNTRY]

Now it has faded to yellow ,orange, blue and very little white

39 reo speedwagon bus donated to local food shelf

The 39 has been donated to THE LINK a food shelf housewares and emergency funding group here in New London Mn.They help about 300 family's a month

Also there are 2 real good bus restoration shops here that do outstanding work on restorations and food truck builds.Colfax Customs

Another recent sale was Davids Classic Cars of Aberdeen South Dakota just 60 miles from this bus was where this bus was stored.

His had no headlights ,no drivers seat and much more body damage.

Selling price was $8250

So that is two shorty's from this area with current sales ,not in this good of shape for more money.

This bus can be hauled on a 14,000GVW trailer

Is it possible to put a 40's bus hood on a newer bus body? I keep thinking that the older busses were narrower than a 2000ish year bus body. If not, has anyone seen a fabrication of an old hood fitted to a newer bus body?
