1968 Gillig Toyhauler

1967 Gillig Toyhauler. 743 naturally aspirated cummins 220 with a 5 speed fuller transmission. Bus is titled and registered as an RV in state of Illinois. No CDL required. Front end has been gutted, insulated, and finished with RV windows, tongue and grove knotty pine, and cedar. The bathroom area is framed in with welded metal studs, but does not currently have any plumbing. The garage area has a ramp door, a winch operated drop down floor area that locks into place when level, welded in overhead drawers, and a generator closet that is insulated and ventilated and connected to outlets throughout the bus with circuit panel that can switch between generator or shore power. The roof has been sealed with henry's tropicoat. The front tires are newer hankooks with 22.5 alcoa rims. This bus is a runner with only 68k miles. I had big plans to finish this toyhauler and travel the country with my harley, but alas, plans have changed and i am becoming expat and moving out of the country. Unfortunately, no. I thought I would take CDL classes and learn how to drive this thing... but I never did and I don't feel comfortable driving it. It was driven 7 hours to me and performed wonderfully I was told, but I won't be delivering this bus anywhere.
