1975 IH Loadstar 1600 Thomas Short'ish' Bus $3800

Hello all,

I've recently completed a cross country run in my 1975 School Bus conversion, and it has finally come time to sell it and settle down somewhere.

Never had a single break down or incident in the last 3500 miles.

I brought a 390 pound motorcycle with me tied down to the back porch without issue.


Current:


It has a full pine interior, 120v power off a battery bank, and 14 gallon water/grey water tanks.

Not really sure to be honest. It was fully stripped out when I got it.

Without the deck, I'd estimate that it's about 25 feet bumper to bumper.

I've added a counter-top and cleaned up the threshold between the front and back of the bus.

If I may ask, how did you get the motorcycle onto the porch?
And did the silver on the ceiling help reflect the light?

I have been thinking about building a ramp and redoing a smart car a bit so i can haul one sideways on the back...
when i see another one cheap enough at the insurance auction i will do that.

like the short window shade idea.. just have fold down ones made out of aluminum or something and buy some of those little gas struts to pus them up into position, and a clip to hold them down during driving...

just thinking...
