Arrow 1980 Bluebird Raised Roof Converted Skoolie for Sale! $60,000

Let me introduce you to Peppermint, she’s a 1980 Bluebird All Canadian 35 ft bus. She’s a piece of Canadian history, originally delivered to Uranium City in Saskatchewan new in 1980, Canada’s last Uranium mine and then used for 20 years as an Allied tools bus in Penticton, BC. We bought her in 2017, and proceeded to raise the ceiling 15 inches and buildout the inside over the last 2.5 years in a complete labor of love. Mechanically, we have put a new clutch and pressure plate in, along with the whole hydraulic clutch system, new exhaust, new fuel pickup with filter (much better than new) and new gas lines, new exhaust and steering box. The drivetrain is a gas Chevrolet 427 with Spicer 5 speed manual transmission. We have decided to sell her and build a van instead. The electrical is done and she’s fully on solar power with 3 x 170 Zamp Solar panels, a Matrix 1000 watt inverter and a Zamp 60 Amp charge controller. She’s an awesome bus with a ton of charm and personality to drive, and we are ready to pass her on to a new owner. Registered in BC as a motorhome, but since she’s over the 25 year rule, she would be easy to import to the states. Serious inquiries only and no lowball offers, can workout a price with or without solar panels and tv. Please message me if you have any questions at all.[IMG]https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/d/seattle-1980-bluebird-all-canadian/7047192348.html

...............Ok, I'm ready!

No offense, but I think you're seriously in the wrong place.

Looks very nice from the outside.

I have to agree with Marc. I think that you are more likely to get hit by lightning than to find a member here that will spend $60k on that bus. We tend to be a bit frugal here.

The Facebook skoolie groups are more likely to attract deep pockets.

Good luck.

Looks decent but there's some rippling in the steel.

What's with the lack of stairs?

Stairs are there, what are you looking at. She is standing on the bottom step.

The stairs looks odd in the pics. My vision isn't the best.

Looks to be trimmed in all wood paneling with black anti-skid material on the steps.

THe pics make the stairs look like wooden dowels spanning the stairwell lol my bad.

60 is a hard sell for an old gasser.
I'd think $16 if you wana move it.
