Long story short, I was going to full time with my wife and three kids, but the chance came for me to lease a new (really nice) RV with all the bells and whistles. Therefore we're selling our conversion project. You HAVE to check out the build process at

We cut the roof of the bus and raised it to 11' 6". The exterior is done and waiting for paint. (but could be go to go as is)
The interior has a three bunk room framed out in the back, and a master bunk over the front. We framed out the toilet room...and that's it for the interior.
I've put in around $12k. Make me an offer that won't make me cry at the loss, and it's yours.
