Thanks, not sure why it got removed but heres the ad:
Beautiful school bus to RV conversion. 40ft bluebird with low miles and a strong Cummins diesel engine. About 90% complete with the conversion, just needs finishing touches and some furniture. Has the cabin separated from the living area with a insulated wall for super efficient cooling or heating and ready for a small air conditioner or mini split system. All walls are also insulated with 2 inches of foam and a radiant barrier behind the finished wall. Wired d/c with a 100amp hour deep cycle battery that powers the lights, on demand water pump and charging ports for phones etc. Also has a full panel breaker box wired to 2 outlets in the bus and ready for a 20a hookup. For use with generator or for hooking up to power at a park. Plumbed and wired for on demand water at 55psi from the 50gal fresh water tank and disposal is pumped into a 50gal grey water tank. Back deck holds a California king mattress. Also set up for and wired for a composting toilet with vent fan (not included). Front couch holds a standard futon mattress and breakfast table folds down for extra living space. Front door is keyed so you can lock up your Skoolie home when you're not there. Barn door separates the living room from the bed and bath. The bus is a '93 bluebird flat front with only 161xxx miles. It runs on a 6 cyl all mechanical diesel cummins, super reliable with almost zero electronics to fail. Starts up and drives perfect. Its an automatic with hydraulic breaks, same as driving a car, no special license needed. Tires are in very good condition. Come check it out. Will take 14000 now but when I finish the price goes up. Very little to finish just trim work and tidying up the wires etc so get it before and save some money! This is a super solid and well built conversion I just don't have the time id thought id have to travel with it so i'm letting it go. Call or text, make me an offer.

Far too expensive
Might be worth $14K if it was complete. Putting up some plywood and adding a horse trough just doesn't add that much value.

I disagree, its not what I am looking for in a skoolie, and I am personally looking forward to the work of the conversion (famous last words) but considering what he said in the listing there is a LOT more work done here than putting up some plywood and adding a horse trough. The wiring, plumbing, framing and insulating work is all done, not to mention all the demo that came before it. That is no small accomplishment and for someone who is somewhat less mechanically inclined or perhaps overwhelmed by the scale of that work this might be a perfect fit. Good Luck on the sale!

Well that was certainly some positive input. This is the internet dude, you have no control. Our remarks on pricing is a damn good source for uneducated buyers who might get taken for a ride.
Do you think your reply was not "some AZZ" busting our chops? If you don't like what you see, ignore it, or deal with the feedback. This is a community where people come for advice, we will always offer our opinion here.
