1994 36' Blue Bird

1994 36' Blue Bird
161,146 miles on chassis
~47k miles on motor - read below for details
5.9 cummins w/ inline injector
545 Allison transmission
Clean open title

Started life as a Bloodmobile in Minnesota
Converted by a company in FL
Wired for shore and generator power
Spray foam insulated walls and ceiling
2 subfloors
5 total windows including driver's window
2 side doors - NO emergency back door
Original motor was swapped by the maintenance shop at 150k miles for a different motor with 36k miles on it at the behest of the hospital running the bloodmobile
3 folders of detailed maintenance records and a shop manual for the bus

Under construction
Working shower with city water hookup
Working shore power inlet
Livable and drivable - I've done both

$15,000 obo
I'm a reasonable individual, if my price point is off, elaborate, and we can go from there.
Would also consider a trade for something smaller like an econoline or sprinter van.
I have a bunch of stuff that can go with or be taken out of the bus. There's a 643 Allison sitting in a crate less than 100 yards from the bus that you may be able to trade for or buy.
More pictures available upon request - pm and let me know what you want to see.
