What kind of MPG do you see? Differential ratio? Do any of the miscellaneous extras facilitate off-grid setup? Solar, charge controllers, anything like that? If I buy, I might be interested in the MT643 as well.

The short answer to the video walk-around request is no. I'm currently on my way to Maryland, and the bus is in Arizona - physically not possible. If you have something specific in mind, then I may have existing photos to post. Imagine a 40' bus from bumper to bumper that has the window problem, insulation problem, flooring problem, and electrical problem solved already (professionally). Yeah it's got some rust in some body panels and the front stair well (easy to fix given Blue Bird still manufactures the parts, your local fan shop can bend them, and they're riveted on). The under carriage is golden because of the aforementioned undercoating. The chassis is cherry (I have two folders of detailed maintenance records and oil analyses) unless you're one of those people who insists on going +70 mph in a bus and have to have a 643 transmission to do it.
I have continued to work on the bus - the first 3 photos are Ponderosa pine paneling boards that I personally milled. I'm planning to take it to Florida at the end of the year unless someone makes a serious move before then.
I have driven the bus twice - Tucson to Safford and Safford to Show Low (towed a 7 x 12 single axle trailer into and out of the salt river canyon no problem), and I have no idea what the mileage was either time - didn't fill it completely and can only make a semi educated guess on the size of the tank based on dimensions. My guess would be 6-8 mpg.
The electrical is wired the same as a house using 12/2 and 12/3 wire with the supply coming into the panel off a 50 A inlet plug. I've never wired a solar/battery/DC system so I don't know if/how the current setup would translate. The previous setup accomplished the AC/DC flip via the manual switch seen below the panel in the combo pic. I'm not sure if there was an inverter off the genset. I've redone most of the electrical circuits to allow for dedicated service to things like the A/C units and outlets for possible future appliances.
I feel like I'm ranting at this point. Hopefully this answers more questions than it creates. If not fire away.

More pics
Found some rust pictures today. It gets some panels, but not others. My suspicion is that the two layers of vinyl have trapped water and caused this. The underbody is clean with the exception of the stair well.

It looks like the bus was wrapped. Is the blue paint UNDER or OVER the wrap?

It's been wrapped twice. The lighter blue and then a weird wrap advertising happy, willing blood donors. The lower half of the bus is the darker blue seen in one of the peeled wrap pics, the trim bit along the middle of the bus is red (also seen in one the pics), and then the upper half of the bus is white like the roof.

Insulation
After speaking with a more experienced Skoolie user, I wanted to address the insulation in the bus. You can see that the ceiling is spray foam insulated to the depth of the ceiling ribs (it's also in the walls, but I didn't take the osb down to photograph it), and in the closet photo you can see that I have supplemented mineral wool insulation in places like the wheel wells (also the wire chases and window frames - not pictured). The floor is not insulated per se, but does have roughly an inch of subfloor which has its own R value. Based on some of the questions and comments I've seen, it seems necessary to point out that not having windows (i.e. essentially no R value) running the length of the bus on both sides is a form of insulation - also great for privacy.
