1995 International 3800 Completely converted!!! $10,000 obo

Took me a while to decide whether to sell this or not but I dont really have a good use for it anymore. What it is a 1995 International 3800 turbo diesel full size school bus. It was retired from a local fleet in May 2013. I purchased it in June of 2013 and spent several months converting it to motor home. It was used in a coast to coast trip in August and September. Traveled a total distance of 7100 miles with no breakdowns or major issues. This rv went through the Rocky Mountains with no trouble. It even saw the Pacific Ocean! I built it for this trip and now dont really have purpose for it. Heres some specs.

-Built with six bunks in rear of bus and has a full couch in the front. Can sleep 7 comfortably
-10 cu. ft. fridge/freezer combination bought new 3 months ago
-3 burner propane stove with 20lb propane tank in compartment under the bus
-microwave mounted to ceiling to save counter space
-Sink with 3 gpm rv water pump with pressure switch
-35 gallon fresh water tank and 15 gallon drain tank for sink
-2 5000 btu AC units that cooled the bus when parked
-Also has a rooftop a/c unit
-Kenwood sound system
-Tile countertop
-Has propane heater under the cabinet. Just needs a propane line ran to it.
-Fully wired with 120v wiring
-2000 watt continuous inverter with 90 amp hour deep cycle battery that can be separated from the other 2 batteries. This allows the bus to have power when parked without draining the starter batteries.
-Currently has a 7000 watt electric start generator installed in it. This may or may not be included depending on the price.
-Has a rv toilet installed along with a 15 gallon tank to hold the waste.
-Currently registered in PA as a motor home. This means it does not require a CDL license to drive.
-Powered by a 7.3l turbo diesel engine.
-Has a Allison transmission that was serviced 7100 miles ago.
-Tires and brakes are in decent shape.

This is a great headturner. I traveled in the motorhome for three weeks and got comments all the time. It is a great project. If you're looking to make a really nice skoolie, this is a great one to start with. All the hard legal work has been done for you.

Looking to get $10,000 for everything. If you're interested, give me a call and we can talk. It is driveable and I have a clean PA title for it so we can change the title over and you can drive away in this unique camper. No one near will have anything like it. Having trouble uploading pictures. Call or text 7173416462 or pm.

Price lowered to $7500

I need to move this bus before winter. I am located in Gap, Pa. I simply don't have time to use it and want to see someone else take on the fun. Thanks.

Still available?

Is the unit still available? If so can you tell me how hard it would be to take out the bunk beds and turn the space into a master bedroom?

Yes it is still available. Anything is possible in the world of skoolies. It would be some work but could be done.

Man, your unit is beautiful; looks like you've put some great work into it. I too am interested in moving by the end of the month or very early next month. I have a few questions:

1) How many total miles?

2) Which Allison transmission?

3) There are no pictures of the outside. Can you describe the amount and location of any rust?

4) What kind of service records do you have it?

5) What is the condition of the tires?

6) Which 7.3 engine is it?

Feel free to PM me and we can talk via email or phone.

I am extreamly interested in buying this bus! it's a great price but i am in north GA and a trip that far that could be a bust, isn't worth it. if you were ever down in my area though I would most deff. look into buying.
