1996 International 3800 DT466 w/ Roof Raise, Northern Wisconsin

We're selling our skoolie project... Our circumstances have changed and we moved to northern Wisconsin for a new job and housing is cheaper, so we bought a house. The house needs quite a bit of updating so our time and energy will be devoted to that for the next few years which leaves the bus sitting around or we sell it to someone who can bring out it's potential and enjoy it more than we will. Please check out the link to our build in my signature and here's a link to our Instagram for plenty of pictures. We'll get some "as is" photos soon, we just need to move some storage stuff out of it into the garage.

Here's a quick run-down:
1996 International 3800 Bus DT466 Engine and manual 5 speed transmission. Hydraulic brakes. Originally a 77 passenger bus, but all original seats have been removed.
The bus was originally bought from a school bus company in Minnesota in 2015. The bus's interior was originally 6'0" tall (at the tallest point) and is now 7'8". The front cap is uv-resistant fiberglass but should be painted.
There is nothing currently installed in the interior. However, we can include never opened laminate flooring, wood stove with chimney and extra exterior (green) paint if wanted.
Registered with the Wisconsin DMV as a motorhome.

Batteries (two) were replaced last year.
Oil and filter change last year (~250 miles put on after change)
The brake pressure light will come on occasionally, but is likely a bad ground. I haven't noticed any loss in pressure or braking power.
If planning on using for a lot of road time, it will need new tires.
The engine is governed and max speed is about 60mph.

We're asking $8,000 or best offer.
