Not sure that a CNG bus serves any skoolie purpose given its source of fuel and range.

As Rucker said, alternative-fuel RVs and motorhomes are a non-starter. Where would one buy CNG in, for example, the remoter parts of NV or NM? Skoolie owners take their vehicles far and wide, often many hours from the nearest CNG. CNG buses are only for regular routes with on-site refuelling every night. You may want to rethink your marketing strategy!

Where I live it is 75 miles to the nearest place to fill, and it is only 7am-6pm on week days. These things are just scrap metal for conversions. If they could be converted to diesel with out legal issues there may be some hope.

I read and noticed the CNG part of your post.
Q is this diesel engine?? Some diesels idle on diesel fuel only and then pedal controls the CNG
UPS has some trucks like that out west.
Is that what this is??

We have natural gas stations here in SC locally but it wouldn’t make for a good travel vehicle.

What I’m thinking of is to put the engine back to full
Time diesel fuel operation.
