Well, my friends life situation has changed and we have decided to move back into a house due to needing my own office to work from. It has been a little over 2 years of hard work into this baby. Very sad to see her go but between work situation and family we cant seem to make the dream work anymore.
We have invested well over $20,000 in this baby. That's without counting all of my labor of course. We are just interested in testing the waters right now. We are not in a rush to sell but would like the right family or person to buy it. We have put a lot of love into our girl and would like to see someone enjoy her. Attached is the current state of the bus. Keep in mind some things will be continued to be worked on and improved.
Now she has been parked for a little over a year but goes out for spins every now and then and is turned on every 3-4 days. She turns on without hesitation and the Cummins 5.9 just purrs away. She has a Detroit Transmision to the best of my knowledge which shifts beautifully.
In her past life she was a few things. She started out as a commuter bus for the airport, then she had a midlife crisis and decided she wanted to do parties. Oh well, what can you do. Then, she decided to go back to what she new and became a commuter bus again. After a few leaks in the driver area she was given up on and developed quite the odor to be honest due to all the careless passengers that mistreated her. Then she was purchased to be a transport bus in Mexico, got a new paint job and some TLC. But unfortunately the owner decided to bail due to all the fees that were going to be paid to get her sent and in business. Her new daddy happened to be on Offer up that night typed "bus" as search term and voila. There she was, 2 days later she was parked in a new house and ready to loose some weight. Almost to years later she has changed quite a bit and has never looked better.
Ask any questions regarding the bus! Most things are included except our instant pot and Berkey water filtration on counter. She is currently parked in the Dover/Plant City Area (near Tampa)
What is your asking price? Where is it located? It's a beautiful space that you've created. and you seem to take such good care of it.
I am looking for a skoolie already converted if possible such as yours. I'm really in need of a place to call home that I can take with me because I do move a lot. My moves can be stressful on my pets and if like some stability for them and myself.
IMHO ....
When the price is not stated and the seller evades quoting a price when asked.......well... it is most always WAY TOO MUCH!......
Or a fishing expedition or both.
Come on...... state the price....... no point making folks waste their time calling if they don't like the price.............
Is the asking price really so high you're embarrassed to post it up front?

If you actually read the ad you would know there's no price because he's just testing the water to see if there is any interest at all. Not an uncommon tact before getting ready to actually list it, with an asking price based on the previous interest.
