80% converted to camper or skoolie all the hard work is done. Must sell the bus due to medical reasons. I bought it about 6 months ago ,the previous owner did most of the work , he traveled alot and lived in the front and rear of the bus was used for tools he was an heavy equipment mechanic. I've only driven it about 500 miles , in the last couple months has been s
erviced by Caterpillar mechanic all fluids and all filters replaced ,all new brake lines, replaced bad injectors , new drivers windshield ,new wiper motor,and tune up , it runs great it has a Caterpillar 3126 with manual 5 speed transmission , will run highway speeds.
There is a black tank and grey tank mounted under bus . Has r v style toilet. All new water lines with lots of shut offs in case you need them. Water system off shore hose or have it hooked up 12volt water pump .Sink with new faucet. All electric by previous owner 4 110 outlets . 12 volt driver for l e d system .the system can use shore power or generator .
It's a bluebird handy bus with wheel chair lift that works .
The couch is futon , has 2 chairs and a table that folds down .the chairs all are mounted to swivel base plus can almost lay flat .the counter is all custom and all the cabinets are from habitat for humanity.
Front tires have about 2000 miles on them in great condition ,I also have 2 extra front rims with older tires on them for spares.the rears are in great shape I don't know how old they are.
There is ac in the front not hooked up also have everything for the unit that was in the rear.
I have a small hot water heated not installed .all hot water lines are ran.
Rear of bus has lots of storage under the single bed .
The title has been converted to motorhome .I got it to pass missouri d o t inspection.

Bus is located about 45 minutes south of st louis on highway 55.
Comes with small dorm style refrigerator
Small electric hot water heater not installed.
2 extra front rims with tires
Large storage tank from rv to be used for water or another grey or black tank.
