I'm selling a partially converted 1999 International bus with a raised roof. The bus is 37 feet long and 11.5 feet high. Much of the hard part of the conversion is done but the walls and furniture still have to be installed.
Location: Grand Rapids, MI.
Miles: 192,122
Cost: $16,000
Photo album of bus:

The following things are complete and functional on the bus:
- shore power
- outlets
- lights
- light switches
- propane lines
- propane regulator
- propane heater
- water hook up
- water lines (mostly done)
- shower
- sink
- water heater
- water pump
- vinyl flooring
- floor insulation
- water tanks mounted under bus (two 50 gallon fresh water tanks [total 100 gallons] and two 50 gallon gray water tanks)
- painted exterior
- inside framing
- framed out bathroom with working light and switch (was planning on installing composting toilet)
- 3 brand new bus batteries
- just had oil changed
The following things are almost complete and all required parts are included (to the best of my knowledge):
- "house" battery that recharges both when bus is running and when bus is plugged in (includes brand new battery, battery charger, and battery to battery charger from Battle Born Batteries bought for $1500 - 100Ah 12V LiFePO4 Deep Cycle Battery)
- insulated walls and ceiling
- radiant floor heating - pipes ran through floor, pump and power / propane lines installed. Just need to purchase and install water heater (note: shower / sink heater already installed but another water heater is needed for floor)
- plumbing is almost done but the tanks need to be hooked up to the water lines. Also, the tank mounting may need to be reinforced. All parts needed to finish plumbing are included.
The following additional parts are included but not yet installed:
- wall panelling
- ceiling paneling
- $1000 Honda generator
- 2x3s for additional framing
- light fixtures
- included is most supplies needed for bunk beds
Other notes:
- Almost all supplies used was brand new.
- I have a lot of supplies that are included. Many are in the photos but some included supplies are not in the photos. All tools in the photos are not included.
- The bus is registered as a motor home and has a valid registration and license plate in Michigan.
- No A/C
