So it looks like member Kaleth is flying out tomorrow from Ore. to pick up the shorty. So we'll have a new build thread started soon.

From the OPs photos you can pretty clearly see its not 23' from the driver's seat back...
Roughly 16 feet from the driver back

Deparado seemed to just ask the length... I doubt there's any value in dragging on the sale friction that's taken place since... especially since the buyer has stated they don't wish to continue to draw it out any further.
