2002 Thomas Cat Transit: benefit for PR relief

Hello All,

Just wanted to promote this sweet ride. Proceeds from this sale go to assist with ongoing relief efforts in Puerto Rico. Bus has all new tires and undercoating, and recent service. Seats have been removed already. Here is a link to the craigslist ad. I am praying that that someone sees and buys this bus, so that the owners can keep assisting with the Puerto Rico recovery effort.

Nice bus.

Do you have any engine/trans/rear end info or the VIN?

Does it smell like animal urine?

The owner provided this for engine info. I can't decipher lol but the owner, Tony, is pretty responsive. His contact info is in the ad. Not sure about smell but probably nothing a little vinegar and peroxide wouldn't be able to take care of I'm sure! Looks like a rad setup.

Regarding the 3126's...I forget what years were involved but there was a recall on the oil pump for certain years. You can call Cat and they should be able to tell you if your motor is a canidate for replacement.
