2003 Bluebird All American A3RE

It is with a somewhat heavy heart that I list my conversion for sale. There are tons of hours into it and everything will be included to complete it with the exception of personal taste items and the random missing piece due to miscalculations or what not.
Items completed:
New 3/4" Subfloor that has been reinforced underneath and waterproofed
Waste tanks mounted and ready to go with external fill. All interior plumbing complete including HW Heater and water filtration system
Onan 6.5 RV Genset mounted with gas tank (included with sale is another genset engine for parts or spares)
2 Roof Air Con Units Mounted and wired
All interior electric wiring and walls built to my preference but can be changed.
Power Converter Installed, Lighting Installed in some areas with low voltage LED's powered off the converter.
Shower Pan included with faucet
Dometic Porcelain Toilet included
All Flooring and Underlayment, Wall Panels, Range Cooktop, Refrigerator, & Jack-knife sofa and Euro Recliner included. Also Has Kitchen cabinets installed some wall panels and 2 layers of foam board insulation installed, solar-ray elastomeric roof coating included with purchase and any other necessary items that I have.
Unit has the cummins motor and Allison transmission. Plenty of tread life left all around. 175k miles on diesel motor. Runs and shifts well and has upgraded high output LED headlights.
Original bus door remains but has a nice handle and deadbolt for securement also.
This bus is in good shape and we drive it regularly to keep things moving and lubricated. We have had no issues with the unit performing. I'm open to offers but will not accept any trades and no low balls please. This unit sells with all items to complete and would be great to build over the winter and tour next spring. Even comes with full diesel fuel tank.
