2003 fully off grid ICCO for quick sale

Hey all.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. I've run into a medical emergency situation, and selling my bus is the only way I can afford the help. Definitely didn't want this outcome, but I need to continue physical therapy due to a car accident/injections not working. I have a 2003 ICCO DT466e (turbo) with electronic allison transmission with 202k miles. Title has already been switched over to MH.

I did not do the flooring/window job. Was bought this way.

Work done:

Windows removed and replaced with galvanized steel
Wasn't much rust, but what was there was cut and replaced with galvanized steel (The floor had a couple of spots)
Floor was coated with rustoleum
3/4 inch subfloor
Used batch insulation then board insulation. R16 total.
Darkish wood laminate floor with underlayment installed
Wood design inside. We haven't painted the walls or anything yet. We liked the raw feel of the build tbh.
'Master Room' is 10ft long by 7 foot wide.
Has ample storage in 'master room', kitchen, and towards the front as well.
Nature's Head Compost Toilet with vent installed
Shower is a propane heated shower
Shower has room to stand, and I built a seat into the shower.
Shower system has a 1.2gpm removable shower.
Has 30 gallon grey water tank underneath the bus
Has 42 gallon fresh water tank underneath master bed (Being in Florida, it helped keep the area a little more cool).
Kitchen has a closet next to it, then has a double sink and a propane stove top with extra space for prep cooking.
Small table next to kitchen counter (Fridge is on top/we put our scuba tanks underneath)
Had a closed piano stand that our entire electronic set up is hidden in.
Driver area is walled/doored off from main cabin. The motor is located in the front, so we did that to reduce sound when driving.
Wheel wells I turned into storage/a table.
Has a Wood stove installed.

Electronics: (basically wanted house power)

4 x 200ah AGM batteries located underneath bus (only using two for right now)
3000w/9000w surge low frequency pure sine inverter
6 x 340w p17 Sunpower solar panels on top of the bus (attached to unistrut)
I went fuse/breaker crazy for safety.
100 amp AC Breaker Box
DC fuse panel 100 amp (running 24V here)
Epever 60A MPPT solar charge controller
PV combiner breaker box

Work being done in the next two weeks to be ready for pickup:

Electronics getting hooked up
Painting the roof white
Painting the outside (whoever buys this gets to pick the color. We were going to do Oceanside Blue)
Oil change/Transmission fluid change/fuel filter
Sanding everything down/attaching final wood to cover outlets/wiring

We drove it 140 miles to our home (Tampa, FL) without any issues, except I hose I replaced. Starts right up. Governor is set to 68 mph, I believe. I had a diesel mechanic friend check out the motor. It has been updated with a newer turbo and the seals look great on the motor. I was going to take the two gigantic AC systems out of the bus, but decided to leave them in. We were going to use a portable AC we bought. This Skoolie is ready for pure off-grid living, which was our plan. But, life is life.

This is something I don't want to sell, but I have no other choice. $16.5k obo. Contact me with any questions. Make an offer. Nothing is too ridiculous at this point. HEAVY ON THE OR BEST OFFER.

The photos are older. I'm on bed rest until about Wednesday, then will be going back to the bus to take better pictures. This was before installing a lot/sanding anything down. As you can see, the master room was my storage during this process ha

I was just curious if you had taken any of the updated photos yet? I am interested to see what has all been done as we are a family of 4 and need to see if this would work for us

Hi! Do you have any updated photos of the work done to the bus? Also is it still available? If so, do you mind giving me your email or another way to get in contact with you? I don't notifications from this website when someone replies to these comments.
