2004 Chevy Express 3500

Ready to build Skoolie! Price: $28,999. Located in Washington State. This 2004 Chevy Express 3500 has a clean title, 85000 miles and runs well. Just replaced the spark plugs, wires and coils. Oil changed in the last 1000 miles.
(Almost) Everything needed to build out the skoolie of your dreams!
I bought a bunch of items to build into the bus, but just don’t have enough time on my hands.
Comes with 3000 watt inverter, 2-200 amp/hour batteries, 2-100 amp/hour solar panels, all the electrical equipment for switching between solar panels, deep cycle batteries, and bus battery.
Fridge, propane tank, stainless steel propane drop in stove, brand new propane water heater (or electrical water heater if you want instead), faucet, shower head, stainless steel sink, shower pan, potable water tank, compostable toilet, RV pump and water filter, slides for drawers.
Ceiling is blue stained pine with a grey wood stain. Bus comes with sealant for the wood.
Spray-foam and foam board insulated.
Please let me know if you have any questions!!

disclaimer i have the same bus model year and body.
very nice.
assume the 6.0 gas engine.
like the rims and running board for driver.
a few more questions.
do you have the rear marker/clearance light that is missing?
does the factory(carrier) passenger rear A/C still function?
has the engine computer been replaced?
reason asked is because of the mileage listed.
i know mine was replaced because my mileage reads 300thousand plus but my shop computer and engine test show 150,000.
kilmat everywhere and it is cheaper than dynomat but not alot cheaper.
a picture under the bus especially where the muffler is would be nice if it still has factory muffler to show how much room it takes up.
nice looking bus and am not trying to step on your toes with any of these questions.
is the chrome rims just simulators are or they actual chrome rims?
been pricing them for mine and they are not cheap.
wish you luck.

also do you have a layout of where all the interior stuff like plumbing and electrical and other things just to get an idea of what you bought for?
i know that plans dont always work out on paper and designing around fixtures doesnt always mean its the right fit.
not trying to give you a hard time but 30,000 for a bus and everything to build it out?
its not that easy?
everything purchased to build whats in your head is maybe not whats in the next owners head but with everything included at that price they are stuck trying to figure out why you bought this and figuring out where it would actually fit and work out for them.
maybe break things up and sale the bus itself at what you think you have in it as it is and offer the other things to the interested parties and let them choose what it adds up to for what they want included.
sorry but sweat equity when you are working for yourself only pays off in satisfaction of what you have accomplished.
still not trying to buck your price or anything? just think thats going to be hard to sell at that price.
