2008 GMC express/ 61,000 miles, 5 window, 22 ft conversion project

LOCATED IN Kingston NY 12401 (mid-hudson valley)
2008 Chevy/GMC EXPRESS 23ft (5 window) TransTech (made in Warwick, NY) Mini-School Bus with Vermont RV plates and only 61,000 Miles !!!.Newer tires with less than 10,000 miles (Back Tires: Hankook DynaPro LT225 / 75R16 (4 of them) Front Tires: Trail Guide HLT LT225 / 75R16 ) Runs on Gas, not Diesel. Runs great. This bus was used at a Daycare Center in Schenectady, NY. By law, it was inspected and serviced on a monthly basis ( I have all records from the previous owner). I purchased the bus at the end of July 2020. I spent August stripping the bus, preparing it for a SKOOLIE camper build. I went back to work in September and haven’t done much on it since. I just don’t have the time. Everything under the hood is in fantastic shape. However, there is some rust remediation work to be done on the back passenger section (it’s a 12 year old bus from the Northeast). I pulled up the whole floor so a sheet of metal needs to be put down as the floor. I have some ideas on how to do this to share with you if you are interested. I’ve done most of the hard work for you. Because it has RV plates on it, it is much cheaper to insure than with commercial plates. My insurance is only $500 a year (it would be close to $2,000 otherwise.
Back Tires: Hankook DynaPro LT225 / 75R16 (4 of them) Front Tires: Trail Guide HLT LT225 / 75R16
Work done so far:
Seats pulled out
Floor pulled up
Metal seat tracks ground out with an angle grinder (this took forever).
Walls and ceilings taken out.
Insulation taken out (all adhesive gunk scraped out as well)
Floor heater taken out and coolant hose reconnected
etc...

$4000 seems like a good price, but I'm on the opposite side of the country. Hope it sells for you.

If it sold for 4k. It was a heck of a deal.
