2009 Bluebird Vision Partial Conversion

An incredibly long story short:
I converted this bus and lived in it with my family for a year, it was about 2/3 of the way completely converted. I Split with my ex-husband and rented the bus out to another fellow who halfway through living in it decided he would rip out the inside and start with a new floor plan, and did not finish working before he decided to bail on our agreement. SO: Now i have an open concept ready to build to your needs skoolie. There isnt much work to get the water/electrical systems back up and running. I just want to see it go to someone who wants to make it beautiful again!

Im requesting $17,000 for it.

Solar/Electrical System:
-The solar was all bought as a package from Renogy and only two of the panels have been used for a year, the other 7 are still in their boxes.
-300 Amp Lithium Ion Battery
-9 solar panels (7 still in boxes)
-breaker/combiner box
-Charge controller
-Smart battery charger
-Automatic transfer switch
-Shore power is connected through engine block
-There was an inverter installed but it has been removed (meaning the electrical system needs one in order to charge the battery and run fully)
-12v distribution box
-120v breaker box
-Various outlets and lights
-5 lights throughout the bus
Chewed wires under the sink(needs to be replaced before running power to the outlets in the kitchen)

Bus Body:
-Has 102,000 miles on it
-Currently being painted Blue (it is half painted with a white roof, it will be finished painting prior to sale, or I could discount the price of the bus to leave it half finished)
-Rust on undercarriage (Only the previous rust prevention paint is rusting off, the frame is all in good condition, but it could probably stand to get coated again)
-Tires in good shape, a few look to have been retreaded.
-One MaxAirFlow fan installed.
-One emergency exit hatch just sort of resting (needs to be closed up, or second fan needs to be installed:included)
-Break lights are not connected (we plan to connect before sale, again i could also discount if you'd prefer to do that work yourself)
-Windows have all been removed, cleared of old silicone sealing and resealed.
-Dash has been disassembled and a new dash was built to support necessary things like parking brake, shifter, etc.
-A new driver seat base was installed, it does not adjust vertically (there's a way to make it work but i dont understand) but it does adjust back and forth
-Inside metal sheeting and old insulation has been removed and replaced with havelock wool, plyboard, and black fabric on the ceiling.
-High density foam sound dampening installed in the drivers area of the bus to help with insulation and engine noise.
-Manual dosconnect installed on bus batteries

Water System:
-125 gal. fresh tank installed in the back. -There is not a water pump or water heater, although they used to be installed so it will be a quick set up
-Pex piping throughout the bus
-Water does not drain out of the bus at the moment, we were letting the sink drain into a 5-gal bucket and dumping it outside.
-There is a sink installed in the kitchen.
-The sink swivels out the kitchen window so you can take a shower of sorts outside.

Inside Features:
-Dwarf wood stove installed and piped out (full working order) Wood box underneath the wood stove for wood storage. Burns for 2-3 hours without being tended to, although I'm not the best at making and maintaining fires. Is about 12 inches by 10 inches on the inside of the stove.
-Floor is insulated with 2” rigid foam and has wood frame throughout to add support
-Metal floor has been cleared of rust and sealed with POR-15 and holes were sealed with metal insulation tape
-Walls and ceiling are insulated with havelock wool
-Bus door has been replaced with a House door with a keypad deadbolt and locking handle
-There is a kitchen butcher block counter installed (it received some abuse but is still in working order)
-There is a 2-burner propane stove installed in the kitchen, with ventilation cut through the side of the bus for the propane. (I believe he had the water heater and stove connected to the propane.)

Extra Supplies Coming along for the ride:
-Extra Maxx air fan
-Box of wool insulation
-Roof brackets for installing the solar array on the roof
-There is about a gallon of rust converter to revert any rust on the undercarriage
-Urine diverter and building plans for a composting toilet.

Misc. Notes:
-The bus has been re-titled as a motorhome already
-There needs to be a firewall built in between the woodstove and the kitchen counter top (fire hazard)

I have more pictures and information available by request.
