2009 E450 Shuttle Bus

We bought this 2009 Ford E450 shuttle bus from Steamboat Resorts January 2021 with the intent of converting it to a camper. Unfortunately we don't have a great option to park and work on it. It was a hard to find vehicle as it has a passenger door with room for a co-pilot seat. We're sad to let it go, but the bus is gutted and ready to be designed into your dream camper.

At 6'7" internal height there's plenty of room to stand up and walk comfortably through the bus.

Gasoline engine
V10

118,000 miles on the odometer.

Exterior length: 26"

Interior measurements:
16'8" from the back window to the driver's seat
7'7" wide
6'7" tall

The good: It runs great, is registered, and passed emissions! We drove it from Steamboat to Denver in January with zero issues. The hard work of demo is done. It's already insulated! Maybe just a bit more spray in foam but you'll save a ton on materials for the roof and walls.

The bad: Having to park it on the streets of Denver means we got hit by the catalytic converter thieves. It will have to be replaced before it gets smogged again, but that could be put off if you can park it somewhere while building it out.

Asking $12,000 obo

That is an excellent rig. I'm not up enough on prices to say whether that's a deal or not but I don't think you could find a better foundation for a conversion.
