Bit surprised it ended at $4000. Rim sizes are probably 19.5. Yes international actually used this size rim on their 3400 chassis. Usable space behind the driver I'd guess about 22 feet.

I'm guessing IH 3400 or 3800 series MDT chassis...I worked for a company that had three (minus the 4WD stuff). Pretty common, actually...T444E engine, AT545 trans, 19.5" wheels with 245/70R19.5F tires, usually rear air ride.
