Buyer beware though! "I THINK the motor is a big-block 454"... means they have no idea what it is, more likely a 366.
Apparently hasn't been driven much, most likely has rotten tires, bad brakes, and about a zillion other things to tend to, which can make the low purchase price still not a deal. Be very careful buying any vehicle that's been a stationary object for a long time.

But on the other hand, it IS a '56 Chevy, and that's ultra cool!
