'92 gmc vandura g3500
1992 GMC Vandura G3500 short bus converted to sort of a camper. Bought this and gutted to make a quad hauler/camper for Off-road trips. Has radio, smart tv, and is wired for 120v power as well. I use mobile hotspot on my phone to let the kiddos watch movies on the tv when out camping. Has a 6.2l diesel with a 4l80e transmission that has been hardwired to shift because the ecu for the trans was burnt up when I bought it. ECU is $600 which I would rather manually shift it instead. It is a dually but I have 2 inside wheels off to replace the tires due to dry rot, one has been replaced but never got the other done because it rides fine without them. The gentleman I purchased it from bought it at a Breckenridge County Kentucky School system auction and was regularly serviced. He owned it for about 3 months and got rid of it due to having to many projects already and working out of town a lot. The odometer says 350k but it was a Jasper engine installed and it has about 100k miles on it. Not sure what happened to the driver side fender, was like this when purchased at the surplus auction but does not hinder the structural integrity or operation of the bus, just a bad eye sore is all... Ac window unit installed in the rear and works great on hot nights and days. Don't want to get rid of it but hard times have came and need the money to pay bills from all this chaos going on... Has receiver and 4 prong plug for trailer. Awesome bus, drives like a champ, has been road tripped several times since I've owned it to various off-road parks thru out Kentucky with no issues. Side door has been opened by 8" to allow for quads to be pulled into instead of trailering them. Have had a 325 Polaris trailboss, Kawasaki Brute force 300 and a Taotao 125 loaded inside all at once. Make an offer, this is a great blank canvas for something good!!! Message thru Skoolie and I will get back with you as soon as possible just to weed out the scammers and what not. I can not deliver unless you are within certain mileage from me, would prefer local pickup or depending on where you live. Is still being used for camping so miles will go up until it sells. Would like to get $5k for it but open to offers and I am located in Brandenburg KY, 5 miles outside Fort Knox.
