Re: '95 Thomas IH 466 conventional 64 pass bus

Update- I am pulling the seats out, I have all the bolts out of the seats, and am waiting for a trailer I bought to get here so
I can load the seats on the trailer and haul them to the scrap yard. Then the bus will be like a blank canvas, waiting for someone to begin a conversion. And did I add that the bus has heated mirrors, and an engine block heater for cold
weather starting assistance? Yes, I think I did say that in the first post . . . . . . anyway . . . . .
Oh, and you can't beat the air ride driver's seat, it makes the bus very comfortable to drive!

All skewlies should have air ride driver's seats!

Re: '95 Thomas IH 466 conventional 64 pass bus

Seats are now out- that is a hard job for an old guy!
I'm working on getting the bus qualified for an Oregon title change to RV motorhome status. That involves putting a bed or some type of sleeping arrangement, and a cooking/kitchen arrangement (microwave, stove top etc) into the bus.
Then it's back to the DMV for them to verify it's been done and getting an RV motorhome change in status for the title, registration and license plates.

It is sold- will be converted into living quarters down in the SF area.

This bus is now 'Grit' and you can follow her transformation on the full size conversion forum!
