Not personally looking for another project, but it would be nice to know why it's not running.
Battery issues from sitting?
Scavenged parts to keep others in their fleet running?

an acquaintence of mine just got a really nice school bus that was "not driveable".. bids stayed really low, he was buying it cheap simply to take the Air-conditioning system out for us to put in his other bus. then scrap the new one.. he got there and they told him its not running because they have no keys and were told it wouldnt start.. he was inspecting it to know what to tell tow rig company it is(take it to a storage lot to remove the A/C).. noticed a paper tag in the lowest part of the windshield.. pulled on the tag.. it was the keys.. (tossed on the dash and they slid down between the defroster and the glass)... jumped the battery with his U-haul. bus started right up.. A/C ice cold, runs perfectly.. (was listed as an allison 545 and really has a 2500 PTS) so he turned the U-haul in, drove the bus home and will probably keep it and sell the other one that has no A/C.
