Auction deal, non-affiliated

Hi, new here. I am posting this bus that I have found in hopes that I could just get some feed back. I know zero about school buses, but am eager to learn.

https://www.govdeals.com/index.cfm?f...27&acctid=2284

I don't really understand what I am looking at here, is this a blue bird? Do any of those numbers listed give clue to the transmission type? Is an '88 with that many miles worth my time, if I am not wanting something I have to do too much engine work on? Any additional tips for information would be so much appreciated!

Thank you so very much in advance!
