BB on IHC chassis

Has anyone removed a IHC [Int} steering wheel? I want to change the steering wheel to a 15-16 inch diameter. I have changed some Crowns to a 15 inch wheel, down from a 22.25 inch steering wheel.. In both cases, it was necessary to use a Chevy pickup steering shaft and weld to original shaft. Chevy and all GM wheels are plentiful with a great many design choices. I like the Camaro and Corvette wheels. The collector wheels are lots of money. I still have a few old wheels with no cars planned for the future. Frank Always changing...

Steering wheel change

This change is one of many comfort changes that I made. The 22.5 wheel is a pain. With this small 15 inch wheel even making the 10 speed changes is nicer. I can now use any GM wheel. Yep, I wanna have a obsticle course race or a parking race. I love a smaller wheel. At 70 years time spent is realitive. I love to make things better....... Frank
