No mention of added insulation. I would question the mileage stated as most of those older buses the first thing to break is the odometer that gets replaced with incorrect mileage. 74K on an 28 year old bus is highly unlikely. $37500 is a a really steep ask for that.

I second that about the odometer. My odometer reads 44,000 miles but it was replaced at 100,000, I have all the service records to verify it's accurate. If they have no way to verify the mileage I wouldn't believe it without a good mechanic believing it.
