Bus door handles?

Anybody know where I can find two of either of these kinds of emergency exit door handles (not the red things)? I can't seem to find them on any of the usual bus parts sites. Maybe I'm calling them the wrong thing.

neither look properly placed to begin with?
why not just pull them and clean them up and move them to the proper location if you want to keep them? but its your bus and they are meant to keep hands from getting on the handle not the handle jumping up?
maybe someone bumping into it?
yours is not a school bus anymore but i know you drive school buses for a living now but in your skoolie is it really necessary to keep them other than the school bus look?

Huh? They're mounted where they were when I got the bus.
