Bus Windshield/Windows - 1958 Chevy Bus

I'm pretty sure that the body is not Chevy, but I'm not sure who made it. If you know, please let me know. I need just about everything, the back curved windows and the front windshield. The side windows are just flat glass.

Even if you just know where I can get it, I would appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction. Thanks for your time.

You can email me at davido at highlift dot com. Thanks.

OK, here are more specific details:

I'm looking for a windshield for a 1958 Wayne Bus? From some looking around, I think they used the same glass at least until 1971. It also seems that the flat nose ones (Type D)had the same glass. Mine was destroyed by vandals. I'm hoping to find one. New or used. Thanks.

I have no clue on that glass. I do like the curved glass look though. Very cool!

What really caught my eye were your wheeling pics. It looks like you beat that 4Runner harder than I beat my pickup by a long shot. What's even more amazing is that you still have IFS. If you're ever in northern Minnesota and looking for a good wheeling trip, the IROHVRA is a blast. I'd love to get atleast ONE other person for the board to show up. I think a fleet of skoolies and beaten trail rigs would look mighty cool at the Lake Ore-Be-Gone campground.

Good luck on that windshield...hopefully someone here can help you out.

Thanks. I had a lot of fun in the 4Runner, but I got rid of it in 1999. I built a FJ40 instead; better visual, open top, and no glass. Pictures of it are online at offroad republic dot com.

I fired off about 30 emails this weekend. Hopefully one of them will snag a lead.
