Clarification needed

I am not a bus dealer or broker. I am looking for a bus also. I got 3 emails asking for a bus with pretty much the same desires of me. I just cruise a bunch of Craigslist.

Really? 110 gallon water heater? 10 cylinder Detroit? 18 MPG? No pictures?

If that means 15 amp, you can get a really good one for $75.
Don't want to get any near a gay engine.

An 18 mpg Detroit? That may qualify for the Guinness Book of Records.

Way too many red flags and problems with this listing. Title vs. description ... what year model is it? '97 or '99? A 10 cyl Detroit? In late 90's? I don't think so? "Trans alone worth 10-15K"? He paid $900 for a power cord that should have been closer to 90? And the VIN, it's missing 3 digits??? I won't even get into all the other stuff ...

Looking for a bus is like going to the ZOO. Never know what you will see or who you will meet. I would very suspect there is some very good value that can be verified is this rig. So what if he is off on prices. I suspect all the work to it is as he says.
