Nice ... a tidy $4,300.00 profit for holding it for what, a week? We all should be so lucky.

Also I almost guarantee you he's not paying his state's sales tax or any title fees.

Dude's entire post history is asking the same questions about other buses pretending he's looking for something to live in.

In the world of business and money making when stuff seems too good to be true. It usually is.

BGA is a popular used school bus dealership in Florida. Their buses can be pricey, but are generally in great condition.

They often rusty OH, PA, and MI buses for top retail dollar plus some. Their insane pricing is part of why anyone selling a bus in FL doesn't have a hard time.
IDK if I'd call them popular. They're more infamous.

I've noticed if you can pick out the state specifications, then you can get a pretty decent bus. The Florida buses they have (with the dual stop arms, yellow wheels, and striped bumpers) are generally good rust-lacking get.

I've been into buses for twenty years and I never shop for a bus in FL. Ours are beat on and low spec. Rode hard and put up wet.

Florida buses are probably like Indiana/Illinois buses in terms of specs - because they're never expected to climb hills they can get away with low HP engines and urban/suburban routes are mostly under 35mph so they're geared so deep that they usually top out around 55mph. The Midwest has the added drawback of wet winters and salted roads which absolutely devour the bodies with rust.

I Don't know that BGA pricing is out of line with this kind of dealership market but I do know they're up front about what they're offering and they offer lots of after-sale services that most other bus dealers don't so if you're looking for all the dirty work to be done for you beforehand they offer it.

If specs are important, I've been much more impressed with buses from AAA in Phoenix or if you specifically want a Colorado spec bus expect to pay more at Rocky Mtn Bus Sales. Both are usually much cleaner buses and beefy powertrain but that's what you're going to want before you sink all your savings building out a bus that ends up not meeting your expectations.
