2-story, conversion, no rust, runs great, loaded. In Rainier, WA

Odometer 157,109 - 345 Chevy 8 cyl very strong engine - 33' Length.
530 Sq Ft living space.
Does not require special license to drive.
Manual transmission.

Classic plates good forever.

Many parts replaced with OEM - drives 70 mph EASILY!

Have only put 1,000 miles on since 2001 when purchased. All work below completed by present owner...

New king pins, exhaust manifolds, spark plugs + wires, rebuilt Holley 2-barrel carburetor. STARTS RIGHT UP EVERY TIME!

New brakes all around, new points, generator, starter + front passenger tire + battery + other detailed items.

New gas (tank drained, all new gas) oil, tranny fluid (flushed), brake lines flushed this week all new fluid - classic plates (no need to get it tabbed).

Toured Grateful Dead concerts all over the country in the 80's.
Downstairs ceiling height 6' 1". Upstairs ceiling height 5' 2".

14'2" clearance. Has traveled many state and interstate highways, no issues. 507, 99, 101, I-5, etc.. Most all freeways allow for 15'2" and nearly all state highways don't have power lines crossing over to be concerned about. No bridge issues either. All truck routes are free and clear of obstacles.
Will relocate within 20 miles for $1,000 more and $1,000 every 20 miles thereafter after purchase.
