Not the one originally mentioned, but there is today(the 28th) one in Clayton listed - a 1956 Crown with the Hall Scott 6 cylinder. He also is asking 2000 for it. I looked it over today, and it seems remarkably complete. Dirty as all heck, of course, and has been used for storage and growing moss on the outside. Not much oxidation (I saw one or two small patches on the skin - which is aluminum). Manual tranny, decent glass. A previous owner was going to make a repair shop from it and tried to cut a loading door into the back - that is the biggest ugly thing about it other than a serious SERIOUS need for scrubbing. Hasn't been started in at least a year or two but was driven where it was parked. Body is pretty straight - no major dents, dings, or whatever on this southern california skoolie.
It just does not fit into my budget right now - it could be a GORGEOUS thing. Clayton is about 20 miles north of Spokane. (about 10 minutes from where I work).
Oh - 35 feet nose to tail (measured) and 7 1/2 feet wide outside. About 6'4" headroom inside in the middle. All the seats but one are out, and he said he would have his kid get all his crud out of it (used for storage).

The ad was from his son - call the number in the ad (He said he is too old to use a computer for much).
