I spoke with a mechanic; they're all in good shape, all DD 6-71 w/ turbos, Allison autos. All are 40', tandem rear axles. They've been surplus for about 1 year, but the district has a driver start and drive them once a month. All have legal tread. Bus #58 and #59 have 20 - 26K since major work/rebuild.
