Financing question

I am looking to purchase a used conversion. Any ideas on how to place a value on one for the purpose of getting a loan. I am a member of a credit union that is easy to work with but they always use the NADA value of the vehicle to set the max loan amount. How should I approach them with a conversion.

The unit I am looking at is a Thomas pusher that has been converted and appears not to need a whole lot of work to be ready to camp.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Sorry I didn't mean to post twice. I didn't realize there would be a days delay before the post was displayed, and assumed it did not go through, so I posted again under "everything else".
