FOR SALE - 2005 Ford E-350 Bus Conversion - Ontario

We are selling our 2005 Ford E-350 Skoolie conversion.
Conversion is about 95% complete and only has a few small cosmetic things to finish but is fully drivable and usable.

The list of modifications are:

Bus:
-2005 Ford E-350
-Bus only has 117,000km
-6.0L Diesel Ford
-Passenger seat is a brand new jump seat manufactured for the Ford F150
-2 new group 31 12-volt starter batteries
-Bus is officially registered as a Motorhome by Service Ontario and we were
able to qualify for RV insurance in Ontario.

Solar System:
-Full solar system including 2 - 100w Renogy Solar Panels
-1000w Renogy inverter
-Has 3 fully working 110v outlets with 1 on the bedside, 1 on the counter and 1 in the garage by the side doors
-Brand new Nautilus Ultra AGM deep cycle 105amp hour battery
-Has 4 wired wall sconces, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the main living area.

Interior:
-Has full vinyl flooring throughout the bus including the garage area. Garage area is accessible from both the rear door and side doors.
-Full custom kitchen cabinet with plenty of storage.
-Kitchen has running water hooked up to a simple marine pump and 7 gallon water tank system.
-Custom bench with tons of underneath accessible storage, and standard 6” sofa foam cushions that have been reupholstered.

Where a little love is needed:
-The exterior of the bus has remained untouched since purchasing from the bus fleet company, but the white provides the perfect backdrop to apply your own funky design and finishing touches.
-Some visible rust on doors, but can easily be fixed with epoxy and fillers.
-Main bus passenger door has the standard bus door locking systems, and additional locks may be required depending on the buyer's preference.

We purchased the bus in 2019 directly from a bus charter company that had no use for the bus anymore and have spent the past year or so converting it. We have made the difficult decision to post the Bus for sale as we are expecting our first child early 2021, and we did not design the Bus to accommodate a young child. These accommodations could be easily made, but we are not in a position to be able to jump back into modification/ renovation.
