Completed conversion that I don't have time for any longer. Recently started a new business that means I won't be able to enjoy this like I planned.
Clean title and registered in NYC no problem. About the same size as a long bed pickup (minus the deck on back which is removable.) Easily park this anywhere in NYC.
Just installed a re-manufactured Chevy 383 Stroker. Brand new radiator and hoses. Has 2 inch thick ridged foam insulation under the floor as well as the walls in most areas. Also spray foam insulation in the hard to reach areas like where the wheel wells are. Full bathroom with composting toilet setup and indoor/outdoor shower. 2 beds. All PEX tubing for the water system. One in the back and a couch that converts to another. Refrigerator and sink with granite counter top. It has a 30 gallon fresh water tank with a 35 psi water pump. Has electric hookup though you could convert this to solar in the future. Has 8x10 roof deck that is big enough to fit a table and chairs with some friends and an umbrella. # foot very strong deck on the back to use as a porch or storage. Used to be a church bus. Kept the exterior as is to make it inconspicuous in the city. Have had it parked with no break in issues. No rust underneath. Only surface rust. The inside is beautiful and always puts a shocked smile on friends faces.
