Re: For sale in Saskatchewan - 1962 Western Flyer
"I bought this a few years ago to convert to a motor-home; Didn't get a chance to finish. My loss your gain; This large car is 32' long and 10'4" high; just under 8' wide, (outside dimensions) There was structure rust which was fixed, and replaced with wood over steel in the floor, the outside shell is aluminum, with steel frame; I removed the heaters, as was just planning summer usage, they can be replaced as I still have them. The inside seating was removed, the back half floor has been replaced. The inside is wide-open waiting for your ideas? This bus runs excellent, no smoke or blow-by whatsoever; Starts, Runs, Moves, Shifts, Stops, just like it's supposed to, I was thinking it would make a nice rough-rider tail-gate party bus, but could be used for many purposes, it last was the P.A. Diefs Chiefs Old Timers Hockey Bus, they used it on out of town road trips. It has a red diamond gas engine that starts at the push of the button, 5 spd manual spicer transmission, eaton rear single axle pumpkin; Power Steering, Old sounding steering wheel horn, plus train electric horn push button on floor. If anyone wants this, email me for more info, I have extra's to go with, toilet and tank, headlights, plywood for building interior. I am into this for over $5000 and am just looking to get some cash back and sell this to someone who can enjoy it, unfortunately my health prevents me from finishing, my loss your huge gain; This bus is located in Prince Albert . If you would like more pic's or more info please email me; ANY REASONABLE OFFER CONSIDERED!
(Please don't insult me with offers of $500 or trade for ugly worthless stuff)"
