FOR SALE: [NC] Converted 1994 Bluebird TCFE7200s w/ Cummins 5.9
Welp. I'm selling the Skoolie my wife and I poured so much of our life and energy into. It served its purpose well: giving us a home to live in after we sold our house and while we were building a cabin to live in.
It's a 1994 Blue Bird TCFE7200s. Has a Cummins 5.9l engine with 137,000 miles. Drives and runs great, but one minor mechanical issue is that my kid snapped off the turn signal stick and I can't figure how to fix it. The bus is fully insulated with sheep's wool insulation and has reclaimed barn wood walls.
It is fully wired for 110 shore power with a 30amp hookup. It also has DC lights connected to an AC/DC converter, which is super efficient. It's fully plumbed for water with a hose connection. It has a cubic mini wood stove, bathtub/shower, kitchen sink, Excel on-demand water heater, and composting toilet. We lived in this bus for a year with our three small children, so it's currently set up with three small bunks in the back and a convertible couch/bed in the living area.
It's not really set up for off-the-grid living at the moment, more for moving from RV campground to campground, or just staying put. Could also make a great Air BnB
Vehicle is located in Waynesville, NC. Asking for $25,000 OBO.
