Mileage likely not accurate. They make it sound like the 5.9 is something many would rather swap in than the existing motor. But still worth $1500.

Rare enough to question why. Make offer means they'll even take less.

Its owned by a church - which probably means the seller was "volunteered" to handle the sale. They're probably happy to get anything for it, and just more interested in having it gone. I wouldn't be surprised if they have to keep it registered and insured to have it on their property - so even while sitting, they're loosing money.
