Fully Converted 1998 Bluebird 35ft

We are selling our 35ft Bluebird TC2000 bus/motorhome. After 8 months of full-timing, we have settled down in Texas. Our family's time on the road is at an end for schooling purposes.
This rig sleeps 3 comfortably (two bedrooms), and has securely-mounted seats and seatbelts for 2 passengers in addition to the air-ride driver's seat.

We bought the bus in August of 2020 from the original owners (a Baptist church that only drove it on Sundays), and spent 15 months on the build. During our travels, we hit 3 of the four corners of the contiguous United States.
Current milage is 107,431.

This bus is a champion. It has a well-maintained Cummins 5.9 diesel engine and Allison 545 transmission, and starts up and drives reliably. We had a diesel mechanic (Accelerated Diesel, Tyler, TX) look at the engine 05/10/23, and everything is in good shape.

This rig has full hookups (30amp) and is ready for boondocking: a true Tiny Home On Wheels!

We have a clean Texas motorhome title for this rig, with up-to-date registration and current insurance through Texas State Farm. We intentionally didn't build in a roof deck, roof raise, or wood-burning stove in order to make insurance easier; we don't have to lie to get state-required insurance.

The important bits:
-Cummins 5.9 Engine, Allison545 transmission
-6 solar panels (200w each) with 4 lithium ion batteries (100 amp hours each)
-1.5 inch spray foam insulation throughout
-Good Year tires in great condition (purchased October 2021)
-propane furnace (30,000btu), Furion stove/oven, and on-demand water heater
-auto-switching, dual-tank propane regulator
-100 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon gray water tank
- two rooftop AC units (Dometic Brisk II with heat pumps and easy starts)
-2 Maxx Fans (kitchen and bathroom)
-circulation fans (small bedroom and bathroom)
-apartment-size fridge
-washing machine (Splendide)
-waterless toilet with active vent (Separett Tiny)
-4ft deep walk-in shower (tile)
-exterior shower/sprayer
-air-ride drivers seat
-truck bench seat with seatbelts as couch (all mounted to the steel frame, not to wood)
-2 spare windows (one of each size)
-emergency exit windows in both sleeping areas
-smoke/CO/propane detectors
-cell signal booster
-2 security cameras (over each door) with monitor
-motion-activated, solar-powered flood lights over each door
-hitch with brake controller (5000lbs TW/15,000lbs GTW)

The funner bits:
-dimmable lighting throughout
-lots of overhead storage
-lots of shelves
-toe-kick drawers in the kitchen
-in-floor storage between rear wheel wells
-lots of storage under beds
-sliding-mirror medicine cabinet in kitchen
-closet/dressing space with 3 deep drawers
-sliding doors for bathroom and both bedrooms
-folding master bed-to-couch (on pulleys)
-convertible office space in rear of bus with fold out desk
-dog kennel/extra storage space
-portable gray water tote (strapped to undercarriage)
-detachable/foldable rear stairs
-magnetic window shades and bug screens
-nesting saw-horse tables
-sturdy wood cabinetry throughout
-real house front door
-both front and rear doors use standard hardware with same key
-folding exterior table

About the only thing we never got around to was the paint-job.
