Mustve been retrofitted to meet current CA emission requirements, that's the only explanation I can come up with. Unless it was two jackoffs that were driving up the bidding and not planning on paying.

Exporters can be kinda weird sometimes and get fixated on a particular bus and will pay 3-4x market value if they're inclined. Wonder if this is one of those cases.



Tho I've only ever seen them go this crazy on mechanical DT466s.
