GOOD Shorties In Aurora CO TODAY!

Act quickly. Two NICE shorties back at auction.
I'd been high bidder the last time they were listed but the guy didn't pay for them, so they've been relisted. High headroom, highway gears, air ride, and good tires. Get while the gettins good!

They're short buses. At545 is fine in one of these. I drive one all over the place.
Look at the prices... How much bus is one expecting for two grand??
I mean, they have air ride, REAL nice full size tires, high headroom, and highway gears. Plus I'm familiar with the bus yard in Aurora a bit and happen to know they take EXCELLENT care of their buses.
I try to share buses like this so folks avoid buying $5000 buses with less desirable setups.

I drove my 2 AT545s all over the place.. 20K+ miles before I swapped one out.. in a short bus they work fine esp if you arent travelling 1000s of miles at a time.. even so I did it.. only reason one of them went bad was because I didnt know the modulator had been dead since I got the bus.

For how cheap and NICE theses shorties are, IMO they're worth WAY more than they're gona sell for.
You could buy one of these for a couple grand or so and totally have a great foundation on which to build a KILLER shorty.
Its no secret that I'm not a lover of the 545. But I have one and in the shorty its not really a detriment the way it was in my 40 foot 85 thomas. And if it ever goes, I'll upgrade. I only have $1760 in this bus so far. Well, I did buy a new door seal, so now I've got $2060.
LOVE this shorty so much I just had to share since I know some of you out there have to be looking for just such a shorty.

I did manage to talk a noob into buying a "unicorn" bus recently. I'll let him show yall in a thread soon. But he scored a 99 RE with ALL the bells and whistles AND a MECHANICAL 8.3 with 3060. RUST FREE for around 4 grand.
I had to make him buy it. He's in love with it already.
These auction buses are so cheap, its hard to go wrong. Even if a repair or two are needing to be made you're THOUSANDS ahead of dealers and CL.

dealer prices are going up and up.. even don brown who used to have pretty good prices.. revamped their website and evidently upped the bus prices to pay for it.
they arent quite BGA prices but are way more than they used to be

$2500 or so for a well equipped shorty is as good as it gets these days. Prices may be lower a bit in winter, though.
But I and another forum member have bought buses from this school, almost identical buses to these and they're NICE.

I bid 1600, I figured if I won it for that I'd find some way to pay for it.

First time poster. I will be in the market for something just like these buses next spring. At or just above $2000 is a really appealing price! Do these come up in this range often?

They pop up lately, but seems like when someones out looking "right now" they can't find one.
Just have a few grand ready and when a killer one pops up be READY!
