actually, it might be cheaper to buy their oak material and a planer and be money ahead, than buying finished oak wood

It is cheap firewood. Definitely worth buying a planer if you need to do a house or deck.

Nice deals. Ya never see deals like that in FL. Rent the tools. Plane to get it started. Get it down and run a floor sander over it. I'd use Old English Red Oil if I could to finish it. That would be pretty stuff.
