Best Shuttle Ever
Hi. Bleamer here. I happened upon an eldorado national escort Fe in Santa Cruz and bought it for 10,000. Had 50,000 miles and had been owned by a retirement home and serviced regularly all it's life. I got really lucky cuz I called computer and they said around 200 made...ever. Mine is a bit different than picture though very close. Mine is 24' 7" long I believe so it's got a bit more on the tail end. I was a bit concerned about the length but it has turned out great. I can just squeeze into a metered spot depending on traffic and level of uprightness re meter readers. I built mine out myself so it's just what I need and nothing else. No cheap unnecessary cabinet's like rvs seem to love. Sorry I cant point you to a bus, I've looked for another myself and it's tough even finding a picture of my model. I think I found one which in this net age is pretty slim pickings. Just wanted to reassure that your quest is worthy. I get looks and smiles everyday due to the unique look. Like an RV and a shuttle had a kid. Tough too. I had an airborne experience on Pismo beach escaping incoming tides...really, airborne, and thought I had surely destroyed my baby. Nope. Just fine, though I'll never put myself in that spot again! Good luck and it's cool to see someone else who sees the beauty in this beast.
