Red face ISO Unicorn: Completed conversion with DT 466 or Cummins 8.3

I'm taking y'all's wonderful advice, and looking for a Cummins 8.3 or DT466 for some mountain living, preferably paired with a MD3060 or something else boss that can get over Rocky Mountain passes while towing a Subaru.

I work for NPS, and need to find a bus so that I can bring my dogs with me. They're not allowed in employee housing. Our season starts kinda early, and I need to find something by mid April. I know I don't have the time or expertise to do a build out in the next 6 weeks.

I'm looking for a completed conversion. I would really like something in good shape, with good tires, that's insulated, wired and plumbed, with an oven, a sink, a john, and (maybe going full unicorn) a bathtub. Since there are two 50 pound dogs in tow, it would need to be at least 26 feet, but I would happily go bigger.

Help?

So you're looking for a prebuilt dog house, but with full facilities? I've got to admit, that's a new one. It's easy enough to find a completed conversion for sale.

I don't know what type bus you're looking for. There are several medium size bus types to choose from. In the 26' length you mentioned you can get either a dognose or FE model. What peaks your interests?

A flat nosed 26er or up to 40 feet. We need lots of room inside. Yeah, the dogs are really nice about letting me live with them...

I think you have the best chances of finding the engine you want in a dognose medium size bus. All the FE versions of the medium size FEs seem to come with the 5.9, and often the 545.

The medium size FEs are extremely manuverable but have a little different driving experience since the steer axle is behind the driver's seat. The dogs won't mind either way.
