I see completed skoolies for sale the same way I see heavily modified cars or motorcycles. Someone got excited, bought something, did a bunch of stuff to it, and didn't like the result so now it's for sale. I'd imagine I'm not he only one who feels that way. A used skoolie is very likely to be someone's failed experiment.
